🧘♀️ Emotional release techniques
My diverse experiences have naturally guided me toward my current vocation as an art therapist.
I began my career on stage, exploring the world of drama through short films, theatrical productions, and even founding my own theater company. After two successful shows, I took a rewarding detour into the family business, immersing myself in the manufacture and sale of Catalan fabric.
A move to Oman opened a new chapter, allowing me to reconnect with my first love by teaching drama classes. The enthusiastic feedback from parents about their children's improved self-confidence and better stress management inspired me to delve deeper into the benefits of art therapy.
Now, with a fulfilling marriage, two wonderful children, and a certification in both art therapy and wellbeing coach, I am excited to share this method of psychological well-being that I am so passionate about. My unique journey has equipped me with a holistic perspective that combines artistic creativity with a deep understanding of personal challenges, enabling me to offer tailored support for your growth and well-being.
Art therapy is a transformative approach to mental wellness, using creative expression to alleviate stress and explore emotions. In a supportive, non-judgmental environment, the focus is on the process of creation rather than artistic skill or final product.
Pablo Picasso once said, "Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up." This philosophy underlines the power of art therapy in helping us reconnect with our innate creativity and foster new perspectives on life's challenges.
For me, what matters most is creating a space where you can release buried, ignored, or blocked emotions. Through various artistic mediums like drama, painting, or writing, art therapy provides a unique avenue for uncovering and expressing these feelings. This process of creative exploration and emotional acknowledgment can lead to profound personal growth and improved mental clarity over time.
